
Airports Fiji Limited has in place a facility that allows in-bound passengers to be met and greeted by their respective pre-arranged travel and tour agents or to assist in-bound passengers who have no pre-arranged travel and tour booking. Meet and greeters represent inbound operators, local travel agents operating at the Airport and hotel representatives.
Inbound Tour Meet and Greet representatives are there to assist in the processing of client documents, direct them to their respective transport and facilitate all their queries and booking requirements. Local Travel Agents operating facilitate all passengers arriving in to the country without bookings; they also assist passengers on information, reservations and referrals of transport; and, book accommodations and transfers of clients. Hotel representatives meet and greet pre booked guests or passengers and escort passengers to their respective transport

AFL has a Passenger Information service desk at the Arrivals Concourse in Nadi which that facilitates arriving passengers. The desk is serviced by the Airport Customer Service Agents (CSA). They are the first contact points of referrals and are more than happy to attend to queries from arriving and departing passengers. The CSA meet and greet passengers; assist with passengers referrals and liaise with inbound reps and local travel agents on the facilitation of passengers.
