Air Terminal Services (ATS) is responsible for ground handling of baggages on all international flights. Staff are also on hand to help passengers locate baggage that has been short shipped, damaged and reunite surplus bags with their owners in any part of the world.

ATS uses the popular tracing system “World Tracer Baggage Management System” to trace missing baggage and relevant files. Staff members can be identified by their uniform which carries their company logo.
